Step 1
Identify Individual Member Engagement Trends using A.L.I. - Each month, your club will receive four A.L.I. reports: Negative Trending Members, Positive Trending Members, New Member Trends and All Member Trends. These reports identify Individual Member Engagement Trends so your team can take the appropriate actions to reengage fading members, reward increasingly active members and ensure positive integration into the club for new members.
Step 2
Perform Focused Surveys for 6 Key Member Groups: Negative Trending, Positive Trending, New Members, Static Trends, Older Members and Female Members – Custom, focused communications will automatically be sent out monthly, quarterly or semi-annually depending upon the group.
Step 3
Launch Targeted Drip Campaign – Members will receive Targeted Communications automatically, via a drip campaign, custom designed for your club. This program is designed to reach every member of your club throughout a 12-month period, to provide the individual attention necessary to increase their engagement within the club.
This 12-month program is designed to produce data that will prove that the engagement strategies are working on behalf of the club.
